ELECTRIP
Electrip is Julian Gomez, who's been in several bands related to different styles, and always has parallel projects within electronic and dance music. He takes the dance moment as a meeting point in a space where everything is movement; to dance listening is the premise. To dance and connect with another and with oneself through that language of musical movements. Textures, bass-drum, noise, break, cut. To transform from perception our sound space..., ...slides in slow motion, almost joined together by the silence in between them. The body as centre of the expressive movement, creator of images and new spaces.
Currently, pop sensitivity in LUNA -his songs project-, his solo performances as ELECTRIP and his DJ sets coexist.
He also writes scores for documentaries, theatre, television and publicities. He was also in charge of the music of DECIME, the dance play from choreographer Emilia Cominguez, to be released this year in Spain. He's also a part of the theatre company FUERZABRUTA as sound operator.
